Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Checks at time of order, upon completion of your project, when PDF Proofs are approved or at time of delivery depending on the type of order placed and our current business relationship. Existing customers may receive 15 or 30 day terms at the full discretion of Sharkey Graphic Solutions. Credit card statements and/or receipts will show any and all payment made to Sharkey Graphic Solutions. Sharkey Graphic Solutions, LLC is a fully licensed Limited Liability Company. Little Guy Press is a legal registered division and D.B.A. of Sharkey Graphic Solutions. Sharkey Graphic Solutions, LLC and Little Guy Press reserve the right to turn away any job which we feel that we do not have the capabilities or expertise to properly produce, provide or manufacture. All graphic design and file preparation is prepared solely (in house) by Sharkey Graphic Solutions, LLC, and is never subcontracted to any outside source. Any manufacturing or product fulfillment may be subcontracted or produced off site at the discretion of Sharkey Graphic Solutions or its divisions.
Ethics Policy
It is our ethical policy to graciously refuse any printing requests for anyone who is an existing client of any printer or print broker who we are currently doing graphic design work for without their full consent and approval. We appreciate your understanding in this matter should this question be presented to us from a client which we recognize.
